The prices are listed on the cars, and I as a customer can take my time to look at the different payment options to choose the one that will fit my needs. There were no hidden fees. The sales personnel answered my questions and truly put the customer first. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Even when I was offered optional extra warranties, I was not pressured to buy the warranties. I left the dealership totally satisfied with my car purchase. Mark Miller is definitely worth the drive (50 miles). More

Above and Beyond When I needed to have some warranty work done on my car the dealership was very easy to work with. They came and picked up my car and left me a loane When I needed to have some warranty work done on my car the dealership was very easy to work with. They came and picked up my car and left me a loaner while my car was being repaired. It only took a day and they brought my car back and picked up the loaner. I didn't have to spend any time driving to the dealership or waiting for help. I couldn't be happier! More

Deciding to look at brands we never considered before, we found a 2017 Subaru Outback Limited 3.6R online. After talking with Paul Whitehead by phone and email, we made the hour trip to Mark Miller Subaru. They had the car waiting for us, we test drove it with zero pressure and agreed to the trade offered on our old car, all in less than half an hour. Paul was great to work with. No sleaze, no tricks. I am so grateful such a dealership exists. It restored my faith in humanity after having had it chipped away at the other dealerships. We worked with Paul Whitehead. He was very pleasant, at ease and down to earth. We got a great deal, it was a quick process (you don't get passed from one person to the next for each thing and don't have to sit around while they keep pretending they are going back to talk to the manager again to get you a "better deal"..ugh). The follow up on service and how they go over all of the car features with you- and then follow up and offer a concierge to meet with you at the dealership or at your house, to review them or address any questions that have come up, was another example of their commitment to positive customer experiences. They are also very involved in ongoing service to our community, including animal rescue-so a bonus in my book -so great! This dealership is a shining example of great companies that do things a little differently from the rest of their industry. This aspect was totally missing from every other dealership. It was honestly...refreshing. More

Their pricing was lower then other competitors I reaseached and their stock on hand has had exactly what I was looking for with both vehicles I have purchased there. Another big plus Is from coming from out of town we were short on time but from the test drive to driving off the lot was just right at 2 hrs. I would highly recommend Mark Miller Subaru to anyone looking for a Subaru. More
