I had talked with other dealers but Chris gave me his best offer right off the bat and it was well below the others. I got more car for the price than I ever expected. Peter Kim in finance was great to work with as well. Gave me a better financing deal than my Credit Union. The best part was that it only took 3 hours from test drive to driving off the lot in my new Subaru Outback. There was no haggling and Chris didn't have to run back and forth to his manager to get approval. He's been in the business for >20years and understands the market. Its a win-win for everyone. More

Love Our New Legacy We were looking to replace a 2006 Honda Accord and wanted to drive several competitors in that same class. We had done extensive homework on the candidate cars and stopped by Stohlman’s in Tysons to drive a new Legacy. Chris Laporte met us and soon handed-over the keys to a 2016 Legacy Limited for us to go exploring. This fully-equipped Legacy was one sweet ride, for sure, and it matched all of the published reviews and Car Show trials that we’d previously done. Back in the showroom, Chris is an informed and great believer in the Subaru product line. He’s very personable and gave us what I knew to be a great price point, which made the traditional “rams butting horns” approach unnecessary. In theory we left to go do our comparison shopping with two other cars, but we admitted to ourselves that we could save the time and hassle and would still be very happy with the Legacy and Chris’ deal. We instead took a new 2017 with literally everything we could have wanted. Between Chris and fellow Texas Longhorn finance manager Peter Kim we were out the door in our new 2.5i Legacy Limited in a little more than an hour. We appreciate the people we met and the whole Stohlman buying experience, and we’d recommend both the product and the dealership to anyone. More

Although he is new to the dealership, he was able to work with his manager to get the deal I wanted on 2017 Suba My salesman Eli Mel was very helpful. Although he is new to the dealership, he was able to work with his manager to get the deal I wanted on 2017 Subaru Forester. It took about one hour test drive and another two hours next day to complete the deal including a trade-in. Excellent car as expected. We enjoy driving it very much. More

I started my search one week ago and I had a very specific car in mind, a Subaru Forester 2.5 XT Touring. I found a handful of these cars but Saad seemed to be the most honest and easy to work with. I narrowed my options down to 3 cars. I emailed each dealer and asked about pricing because I wanted to pick 1 dealership to visit. I picked Stohlman mainly because Saad kept up with me as I made my decision. I was more comfortable texting and emailing and he stayed attentive through these exchanges. I asked a plethora of questions at every turn and always got my answers. Since I was far away and didn't want to waste time going to a car only to find out that there was something wrong with it, I asked Saad to thoroughly inspect the car for any scratches or anything else I should know about. He did and found a tiny scratch which he took a picture of and sent to me! Very honest in my opinion. My flight out to this dealership was delayed and I was worried because they were to close only 15 minutes after we touchdown. I asked Saad if someone can pick us up and they came through! By the time we arrived at the dealership, it was closed. Everyone there did their job without complaint and made us completely happy. When my husband decides to by his car, we will definitely see if these guys have his car choice on their lot! More

Alan Soon was the perfect remedy: personable, patient, & committed to a smooth, & efficient customer experience. Alan came in on his day off to meet me, which I greatly appreciated. Having decided on a VW, I wasn't sure which model would best meet my needs - low enough for dogs (including an aging beagle), turbo for beltway, & fun to drive. We test-drove the Tiguan, the Golf, & the Golf Sportwagen; Alan asked key questions to identify my priorities, & greatly assisted in the decision-making process. By the time I drove the Sportwagen, I knew that was the car/model I wanted. Alan advised me of VW's new trim - the Limited Edition - with valuable safety features. My decision was made, but there were none in stock. Alan Soon offered to do his best to locate whatever trim/color I wanted, and he did so. Stohlman's trade-in value was fair, & the entire transaction went more smoothly than I anticipated. When my car arrived, Alan made a point of going over it's many features, including car-net, assuring me that he would answer any subsequent questions that arose. He also introduced me to a Service Advisor for future maintenance needs - excellent continuity! I highly recommend Alan Soon: Customer Service is his highest priority. He truly values your business, and will do his best to earn it! More
