Alex went above and beyond. He answered absolutely every detailed question and went over all my concerns about the Q60 and my purchase. He worked with me from the beginning and patiently waited while I even shopped around. His patience and eagerness to help played a huge role in my final choice to buy the car. My transaction was a bit more tricky so other employees got involved to help with my purchase. The vehicle I wanted was very unique and required team work.
