Title app wasn't done correctly, had the run around just to get a tag. Also key fob was promised, to get it had to go to Toyota Dealership and wait an hour + for key fob. Unnecissary process to get whats suppose to come with vechile. They should have had all this together before selling the vehicle.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the service. Both Rexanne and Quinton were very friendly and courteous. Quinton was very professional and informative regarding my purchase. I was very pleased with the fact that he treated me as an intelligent person not a "dumb female" as some other dealerships have done. I will definitely do business at Crown Nissan again.
