Worst service experience of my life. Manager physically threatened me. My car was finished for 45 minutes and no one contacted me. I am writing this complaint regarding my recent visit to your service department, and I am very disappointed with the level of service I received. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would your service department, and I am very disappointed with the level of service I received. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not recommend your dealership to anyone. During my visit, I encountered two managers who were extremely rude and unprofessional. They showed a complete lack of respect towards me and did not seem to care about my concerns. Their behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and I left your service department feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I understand that dealing with customers can be challenging at times, but it is essential to treat them with respect and courtesy. As a customer, I expect to be treated in a professional and respectful manner, and this was not the case during my recent visit. I am writing this complaint to express my disappointment with your dealership's service and to inform you that I will not be recommending your services to anyone. If I could give your dealership zero stars, I would. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service you provide to your customers. More

The wait for services with an appointment is ridicules it took 20min. Before someone acknowledge me and 20 extra before car was pulled to the back .Bad Customer service and poor hygiene.
