They bait and switch and add tons of fees. As someone below said, "Electronic Registration Filing Fee $559 represent costs paid to others and profit for the dealership...In addition to the price, other dealer fees include Pre-Delivery Inspection $979, Destination Charges $995, Document Processing Fees $960, and Reconditioning Fees of $3,495 or less". Run because if you don't, you might get a payment you like, but you'll pay way more than the can is worth. By the way, for almost all of their bad reviews, they reply with this exact wording, "Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we cannot locate any record of your visit based on your user name. I am so grateful for their time and patience. My kids were running around being the little toddlers they are, and no matter how hard I tried they wouldn't stop. Ariel ended up changing the TV channel to were running around being the little toddlers they are, and no matter how hard I tried they wouldn't stop. Ariel ended up changing the TV channel to PBS and immediately the calmed down. I had never met a dealership were the staff is understanding and so helpful in every aspect. Rafael was able to let me test drive 3 different SUV's and a few different cars to see what fit best with my family. I ended up with a Chevrolet and if it wasn't for him I would not have even considered it. He was able to get me a low interest rate, and out within a few hours. I will definitely come back when my kids are able to drive, in the mean time I will be recommending my mommy friends to come here as well. More
