From the time Rafael opened the door,took is on a test drive and price was negotiated we were treated very well. Rafael Davila was our sales person and he did a wonderful job. Made sure we were comfortable and had pleanty water as it was a crazy hot day. He explained the vehicles that met the needs we expressed in a new car. We decided that a Civic Hatchback Sport Touring best met our needs. We test drove it and told Rafael that this was the vehicle we wanted. We haggled a little on the amount they offered on my trade and finally came to an agreement on trade in amount and lease payment amount. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. O will definitely send my friends and family your way. More

Pleasure always work with Rafaelt I always come back to Rick Case...have been using it for over 6 years and 5 cars including my Type R. Rafael is a nice guy, we love working with him I always come back to Rick Case...have been using it for over 6 years and 5 cars including my Type R. Rafael is a nice guy, we love working with him, he is very patience and easy to work with. However, Finances guys promise something and at the end take something from the deal. Which is really bad, because customers don’t forget what is on the deal. Bottom line, they have good salesmen which makes the difference. More
