Worst experience ever . Dealer reps are deceiving. Steered me into the dealership by having me believe that the car i was interested in was still in stock and wasn’t. Carme . Carmen Martinez the internet sales person lied to me and Marie the so called sales specialist was rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. This was my sons first car buying experience and he was surprised to see that it went this way. Horrible experience More

Great Customer Service Ob Saturday, July 24, I went to learn about leasing a Rav4. I was setup to meet with Amanda. However, she was unavailable and set us up with Rafael. H Ob Saturday, July 24, I went to learn about leasing a Rav4. I was setup to meet with Amanda. However, she was unavailable and set us up with Rafael. He was very informative and great to work with. We also worked with Ismael Rodriguez. He worked super hard and fast for us. He was able to get me approved for a 2016 Carmy. He also was great to work with. Then I went to Finance and worked with John Wagenblast. He went over the paperwork in detail at my speed. He got me out quickly and great to work with. Thid experience was overall great. More

Excellent service, this is the second vehicle I purchase fro m Toyota of Orlando they always try to find the way to get you on the car you want, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable is that the process m Toyota of Orlando they always try to find the way to get you on the car you want, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable is that the process takes too long, from the minute you pick the vehicle you want to the minute you get to get in your new car and drive home can take from four to five hours, other than that is a very pleasing experience, every one there is very nice from Nichole Peters in financial to the sales representatives on the floor.
