"Disappointing to say the least"
I reached out to Jordan Meagher whose title is “Guest Experience Specialist” through their website portal. Jordan was pleasant to deal with and he and I made an appointment to see the vehicle I was interested in for 1pm the following day. Upon arriving at the dealership I was told by one of the sales people that the vehicle I came to see was no longer available. I told the man that I had a 1 o’clock appt scheduled to see the car with Jordan - the man who greeted me said that the vehicle had been so;d and was no longer available. With that I thanked him for his time and walked out the door.
After arriving home i received 2 separate email communications - one from a different sales person and the other email was from Jordan. The email from the sales woman stated that she was unaware that I arrived for my scheduled appointment, and the tone of the rest of the communication was that the car was sold out from under you, too bad - what else would you like to see?
Jordan’s first email asked me how my visit went.........as you can see there is a ton of communication between the staff here and it got even better when his follow up email again asked me how the visit went and if you could say there was one thing preventing me from moving forward with the purchase what would it be?
Plain to see he did not even read the email i sent back to him regarding my visit and my disappointment that the car was sold before i got there when he told me he would “bring it around and have it ready for our 1pm appointment.’
Needless to say I will never step foot on their property again.........
