Took my 2014 1500 Laramie Limited in for service air suspension warning. Had if for a week I had to call numerous times to find out what was up. Picked up my truck, drove it a couple of days service air suspension warning. Had if for a week I had to call numerous times to find out what was up. Picked up my truck, drove it a couple of days service air suspension system warning came back. Took it back they serviced it said it was good to go. Picked it up drive for a few days light warning came back. A friend who is a mechanic read the codes. Troubleshot those codes and found that the right rear hub ABS/Speed sensor bracket was missing the bolt that holds it in place. He replaced the bolt serviced the system and truck is running fine. The charged me $1695 for this. Went back to confront them on it. Was told somebody would call me. Nothing. Contacted Dodge Corporate and again nothing. So I would not take my vehicle there for any type of service as they obviously didn’t have a clue how to troubleshoot or fix this problem. More
