New Ram purchase After much research on new pickups, Ram had more to offer than other competitors. I have never owned a Dodge so we decided to give it a shot. We had been to another dealership and was told we could not get a Longhorn in a quad cab. I pulled the specs up on the internet and it directed me to Lake Norman Chrysler. I went on line to review the sales staff. Maggie Carrigan had high ratings and I knew that is who I wanted to assist me. Maggie's knowledge of the various models is outstanding. We never felt pressured or obligated to make a purchase. We told her our price point and after negotiation we felt comfortable with making the purchase. I enjoyed our conversations; since both of us are staunch dog lovers. If I asked a question and she didn't have the answer at hand , she would immediately go and get it for me. I stopped by this dealerdhip just to get a trade-in value on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wound up getting a new one. I've been buying new cars since 1965 at dealerships in PA, NJ, NY and Ohio. This dealership is the best one I've ever dealt with. Over the past 50 years, I've purchased a Chevy Super Sport, Pontiac Lemens, Ford Elite, Ford Mustang II, Oldsmobile Toronado & Super 88, 4 different Jeeps, a Durango, an Intrepid a couple Honda Accords and several Mercedes Benz, None of those dealerships were as friendly and professional as Lake Norman Jeep. Just a heads up to all my brothers to own highline sports cars. I own and $80,000 car with 22 inch rims and my wife loves to Nick the edges of the rims all over town. Wow my baby was there we did an oil change, balance and alignment For a fraction of the cost that I would have had at another dealership! Yes I own a Dodge ram pickup but this is my baby and yes I trust them. More
