Both my wife and I enjoyed the courtesy of the employees we interacted with. My only 2 points of dissatisfaction were: - the sales representative did not return my phone call for several days to inform u we interacted with. My only 2 points of dissatisfaction were: - the sales representative did not return my phone call for several days to inform us of the location of our "in transit" new vehicle after more than 2 weeks - the lack of information on when our new vehicle would arrive. Both issues decreased to level of credibility of service. More
