Great dealership and everything went smooth as planned! I traded my '18 Challenger GT in for a used '17 392 Challenger Scat Pack and LOVE it!. The whole deal went seamless from start to finish and everyone I traded my '18 Challenger GT in for a used '17 392 Challenger Scat Pack and LOVE it!. The whole deal went seamless from start to finish and everyone I dealt with was professional and very accommodating. Mike Pirozzoli came out to greet me before I even got my car parked. He jokingly asked me why I wanted to trade-in such a beautiful car for one that was a year older than mine, lol. Most of us know the answer to that one, the Hemi is awesome! All the praise you hear about Mike is no lie, he's one heck of a great guy. We took the Hemi out for test drive and I found an issue once we got back that I mentioned to Mike. The driver's side-view mirror was loose and wouldn't hold it's normal unfolded driving position. I drove straight from Pittsburgh to Elk Grove Village (almost 500 miles non-stop, except once for gas) for this car so NO WAY I was leaving without it! They took it in the shop to have a look at the mirror. While they did that Mike offered to run out and grab me some lunch while they checked it out and get my papers in order. Mike didn't skimp with lunch either .... He got me a big Beefsteak with cheese, some kind of weird (but good) loaded hotdog I never had before, large order of fries and a bottle of Coke and everything was delicious. I have bought quite a few new vehicles throughout the years and nobody has ever bought me a killer lunch like that ... or .... ever period! While I was sitting there eating that huge lunch from Mike, Ray Quesada came out to tell me the mirror couldn't be fixed .... bummer, but no big deal. He told me they ordered a brand-new one (also painted to match) and would ship it home to me which arrived about a week later. Thanks to You Tube, I was able to tackle the job of ripping the door apart and replacing the mirror myself and turned out as good as this whole deal did. To sum it all up ..... Great stand-up guys to deal with at Castle North Chevy and I couldn't be happier. They didn't try to beat me up on my trade like two previous dealers did before them. They gave me (fair KBB cash offer) exactly what we agreed to on the phone once they saw my car was what I said it was. I would gladly recommend them to anyone and I personally would deal with them again if the situation ever arises. Thanks to everyone at Castle that dealt with me! More

Easiest Car Transaction Ever I was searching for a new 2019 Chevy Impala online and stumbled upon this gem (which is now my car). The 2019 Chevy Impala Premier loaded with goodie I was searching for a new 2019 Chevy Impala online and stumbled upon this gem (which is now my car). The 2019 Chevy Impala Premier loaded with goodies, had everything I wanted. I was skeptical about the price, so I went in and brought my 2015 Impala for the Chevy sales team to value / evaluate. I met Ray Quesada, sales manager & Finance guy - and I asked him to explain the numbers and give me a fair price on my trade - and I didn't have a ton of time, so we were going to have to negotiate / transact via telephone. I left the dealership to continue with my day. Ray was very accommodating and within 20 minutes, I had the price of the new car AND a very fair offer on my Trade-In in e-mail format on my phone. I literally had no issues with the price points - they were right were I wanted them to be. No haggling, no fighting for a higher value on my trade, etc. I called and told Ray I wanted the car, but could not come in until tomorrow to complete the paperwork. Ray held the car for me on my word - which I was surprised, shocked, and grateful. Ray was even able to beat my pre-approved Financing with his Lenders. I came in the next day and signed the papers - all within 30 minutes and walked out with a new car. Every car buying experience should be as easy as this one! I highly recommend Ray Quesada and Sam Merza and the Castle crew who did an outstanding job selling me the car, valuing my trade fairly, and securing & beating my pre-approved Financing. More

First vehicle purchase I went into Castle Chevrolet in Elk Grove Village looking for a used Silverado 1500 I had seen online. I experienced nothing but great service from the moment I walked in. Upon initial arrival, I was immediately greeting by Damian. Being acknowledged right away was a huge plus in my book. I appreciated not having to look around for someone and to ask for help. Damian right out of the gate was willing to help me find the truck I seen online and answer all the questions I had about it. He grabbed the keys for the truck, scanned my license, and said to take all the time I need on the test drive. This hands down was the best thing he could have said. It made me feel comfortable and reduced anxiety of taking too much time while trying to get a feel for my (at the time) potential new vehicle. After talking numbers and feeling comfortable with the price, warranties were discussed. I was happy with the warranties offered and chose one I was comfortable paying for. Damian pulled through with all additional requests I had prior to the truck leaving the lot. Overall I left with my new truck happy and satisfied. More
