After I bought the truck from them, they don’t care about their customers anymore. My truck has been failing since it’s new and I took the decision to check it out and they found the problem. Also they want their customers anymore. My truck has been failing since it’s new and I took the decision to check it out and they found the problem. Also they want to hold it to repair but they don’t give me an estimate of how long it’s going to take because they say they don’t have the parts for that truck. Also they don’t know how long they’re going to keep but don’t wanna give me a type of transportation. This is the 3rd new truck that I buy from Chevrolet but the first time I buy from this dealer. I’m very disappointed on how they treat their customers after they get their money. More

I got suckered into a extended warranty type of plan. The man who sold it to me did not know what the certifacation acronym stood for. That fact was not impressive considering the warranty-ish plan contains my roadside assistance and some repairs. However, the initial salesperson was nice and left a good impression. Unfortunately, they did not fix the dangling rear dealership plate, they never texted the key service where I could get a copy made, and the fluid light came on the next day. P.S. Thank goodness I reminded them to put the 2 gallons or so of gas in. Thank you. More
