I shared with Phil that I was interested in looking at SUVs. Phil, with some help from Ryan Keebler, helped me determine which SUV would work for me. They were very helpful at making suggestions without being pushy or overbearing. Phil was very knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions and concerns. I might also mention that I was there to look at vehicles not expecting to leave with one. It truly was a pleasant car buying experience. Also, I was able to trade-in my old car.
