I had a HORRIBLE experience here at direct automecca in framingham, ma. These guys not only managed to leak my number to SPAM SCAMMER CALLS and having all my loan applications sent by mail to my home. 2 in framingham, ma. Over the weekend the vehicle was sold despite being on hold for our transaction and no one seems to have any information as to what happened. Absolutely horrible experience. Not sure what kind of dealership sells a vehicle that is in the process of being sold to anther customer but if I could give zero starts I would. Will never solicit this business again! Beware obviously poor business model and terrible customer service. Nothing against Sean the salesman but the management and ownership of this place is not anything I would want to deal with again.
