Walking into the dealership, I was kinda lost on what to do, after seating down with Craig Bovio who was super helpful and genuine with my wants and needs, I was able to happily make the decision to get mys do, after seating down with Craig Bovio who was super helpful and genuine with my wants and needs, I was able to happily make the decision to get myself my dream car which was the E400 at the time! Even tho Craig has many more customers to take care of, he was still able to keep me in the back of his head for a year after I mentioned I wanted a GLE350 and exactly how I wanted! I enjoy taking my car to this dealership because it’s always an easy experience you’re in and out in an hour (I had an oil change) they wash the car and vacuum too which is a nice touch I think.
