Bought a Venza Limited, Highly recommend Jake Dank the most helpful, courteous, knowledgably salesman. I needed service after my purchase and Jake was right at the service area waiting for me, I new this most helpful, courteous, knowledgably salesman. I needed service after my purchase and Jake was right at the service area waiting for me, I new this was the number 1 place to give my business too. I also notice how everyone said Hello to me as waited, such a friendly group in Conshohocken. The gentleman Rayan in the financial department, was prepared and all papers were in order. this was a snap and we were owners of a new vehicle. I had purchased a new 4runner from out of state at the end of December and received a temporary tag that was good for 2 months. Five weeks after the purchase, I called my salesman, Chase Butler, to make end of December and received a temporary tag that was good for 2 months. Five weeks after the purchase, I called my salesman, Chase Butler, to make sure the paperwork was in order and that I would receive my plates before the temporary tag expired. He assured me that if there was a problem, he would have heard by then but he said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did, and a couple of days later, we heard from the title dept that there was a problem with the paperwork and that they needed a copy of our drivers license to resolve the issue. I tried to follow up with the title dept to confirm receipt of the copy of license - no response. I attempted to contact my salesman by text and phone - no response. Desperate, I contacted Ms. Paula DiGiacomo. I explained the situation to her and she said she would contact the title department to see what was going on and would get back to me the next day. True to her word, she contacted me the following morning, to inform me that the plates were being overnighted and provided me the Fedex tracking number. Thank you Paula for your professionalism! You are an asset to Conicelli and customers like me appreciate what you do. I hope you are recognized for your outstanding customer service! More

Reyan Echon and his assistant Sean were great with my family and myself. Reyan was excellent in explaining all aspects of the process. Very upfront and informative. He was very knowledgeable in explaining everything to me and took the time to make sure I understood everything. Finally, Reyan and Sean gave my wife and I all the time we needed, after the sale, in explaining how everything worked, in getting comfortable with the vehicle and in our final inspection of the vehicle before we left the lot. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my 20+ years of buying cars. The lying was insulting. The condensing remarks from the finance manager was insulting...luring a young man (26 years old) down years of buying cars. The lying was insulting. The condensing remarks from the finance manager was insulting...luring a young man (26 years old) down tona dealership under false pretenses should be illegal. We drove 4 hours to this dealership with the notion of getting a car discussed over the phone and when we arrived at the dealership they tried to sell us a car that was 4 years older with 35000 more miles on it...my young man was devastated and will remember this experience. I was so disappointed because I was looking forward to a long relationship with Toyota as I just purchased a 21 rav4 from that dealership this year (another rav4 and camry was also purchased from there this year by my family) and had a great experience which is why I wanted my God son to make his first purchase there. I was with Nissan previously through 5 cars. I ended up taking my God son to Nissan and getting a great deal I under 2 hours...looks like this will be where we stay...incredibly disappointed in Toyota. More
