I had been conversing with Tom Schaefer for approx. one week regarding the vehicle I was interested in after having my car totaled in an accident. Tom was very personable and professional. When I arrived for my appointment he made me and my son feel welcome. Even though the entire process took quite some time I am happy that everyone was polite and professional - very nice dealership. I would recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. I also worked with Rhonda on the phone for financing and my experience with her was great! More
