Salesperson was friendly and easy to deal with. Price I ultimately paid was competitive. Only negative is the necessity of negotiation. I asked if I could get my personal tags transferred to the 2016 Ford, and I was told that was against company policy. Also, there was a second key to the vehicle that he was going to look into. I have not the 2016 Ford, and I was told that was against company policy. Also, there was a second key to the vehicle that he was going to look into. I have not heard anything about that at all so far as customer service thumbs down ?? I really appreciate the help with getting me into the vehicle, but the rest of the customer service experience was not good. Thanks for everything. More

Service Manager/Dillon and the staff, took excellent care of our Gabby/2018 Sierra SLT. We called and explained what was happening and we were scheduled for the next available appt.
