Rich has usually been the person I dealt with in this department, He is thorough and makes sure all your questions are answered. I had a Veloster for a short time, but my wife has had a couple sonatas over the past 8 years and Rich is always very knowledgeable about the mechanics and technologies within these vehicles.

Because of the great service provided by Mr. Gibbons and his team. The wait was a little long, but it was because of a second party that delayed the job and he had no control over that. They made sure that I was comfortable while I was waiting and kept me informed as to what was going on. An excellent job was done with the service on car. Even tho I live in the City, I will still be taking my car to Ettleson for service.

Went in for routine maintenance. Just wish they wouldn't try to sell you unnecessary services. I go according to my manuel. Understand dealership needs to make money, but lower prices would help.
