Very happy with this dealership, great communication from every person that I spoke with from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to driving my car off of the lot after service was completed. every person that I spoke with from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to driving my car off of the lot after service was completed. I mainly worked with Rich in the service department, he was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about my Xterra. He also lined me up with a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. Everyone in the service department was wonderful, they are such gentlemen; one of them even carried my dog's giant bag of dogfood from the loaner car back to my Xterra when I came to pick up my car. Great level of service all around. More
