I bought a preowned BMW from Audi Charlotte. Rich Gouhin was my salesman, and he made it such a great buying experience. I found the cat on autotrader and contacted Audi Charlotte. I was satisfied with the car I wanted to purchase. I flew up to Charlotte. Rich arranged for a driver to pick me up at the airport, too! The BMW was even better in person. Audi Charlotte fully hugged and waxed it too. A couple hours later, i was on my way home.....ha.... A 600 mile test drive! The car drove beautifully and i can't be happier. We already knew what kind of car we were looking for and Rich didn't waste our time trying to sell cars we did not want and didn't try to up sell us on features we didn't need. There was no pressure to buy and in the end we got everything we was looking for and more. The best part was NO SURPRISES at closing the price on the offer sheet was the price we paid. Rich and the team were upfront and honest about everything and so knowledgeable about the cars and features in the brand (this was not the case at some of the other dealers we visited). If you are shopping for an Audi in/or near Charlotte, I would strongly recommend you check them out. Even if they don't have the car on their lot, they will do everything they can to get it delivered for you. 5 STARS!!!! More

I had been interested in switching from BMW to Audi over the last couple of years due to the change in the”Audi look”. I had just moved to the Charlotte area from Wilmington 3 years ago and no longer could use the same dealership that I had used for the past 30 years. My husband and I had come into the Audi Charlotte dealership several weeks ago shopping for a new and different car. Rich introduced himself to us and had been so informative and helpful that I had called him to set up another appointment for yesterday. After our first meeting, Rich had a good idea of what I may be looking for. He arranged for a test drive and in minutes sold me on my new car. I have never purchased a car in record time! More
