Everybody, at Lithia was prompt and professional. All the way from Mike in the Service Dept. down to the gentleman who drove me home with great conversation and that was huge for me as I had no way All the way from Mike in the Service Dept. down to the gentleman who drove me home with great conversation and that was huge for me as I had no way home that day. Also, another gentleman, who worked in service, (I didn't catch his name) who saw me struggling unloading my car, dropped what he was doing and came out and helped me. On top of all that, they delivered me car back to me at me home. A-1 experience all the way around. Keep up the good work Lithia... I shall return! More
