My wife and I were on a vacation from Ohio in our Promaster camper van when our transmission started making ominous sounds in western Nebraska. We limped our vehicle to Cheyenne to Cowboy Dodge for a Promaster camper van when our transmission started making ominous sounds in western Nebraska. We limped our vehicle to Cheyenne to Cowboy Dodge for a diagnosis. Richard Ortega got us checked in and written up. He said it was going to take a while for the repair under warranty. We arranged a rental car to continue our vacation to Yellowstone. Richard and his team got our vehicle diagnosed and parts ordered very quickly. He stayed in contact with us via text and email to keep us up to date on their progress. Over the next four days while we were at Yellowstone, Cowboy Dodge service techs got our rig repaired and ready for us to pick up on our way home. This team went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out of a bad situation. The vehicle drove great on the way home (1300 miles). Richard even called after our first travel day home to make sure the vehicle was behaving normally. Our experience at Cowboy Dodge was exceptional! From the courtesy car driver that took us to pick up our rental car, to Josh at the reception area, and especially to Richard and the technician that repaired our vehicle we are eternally grateful. We recommend the service department at this dealership highly. More

I’ve always gotten good communication from the Service Writers and great service from the mechanics at this dealership. The wait time was a bit lengthy considering there were only two other customers waiting for service in addition to me. Residual oil was not wiped off upon completion of oil change causing oil to drip onto only two other customers waiting for service in addition to me. Took longer than expected to get the part in. Then when you are doing warrantee work it takes a while to get in. My only issue is every time you check in with an appointment the service provider seems to k you are doing warrantee work it takes a while to get in. My only issue is every time you check in with an appointment the service provider seems to know nothing about my vehicle. If I had appointments I would look them up and know what was going to be fixed or somehow when you click on the appointment it would come up with what you were working on. Instead of having to discuss everything about what was going to be serviced again and whether or not you have a warranty etc. More
