"Worst Experience Ever"
I buy a new car every year for someone in my family and go through this process a lot. Your dealership was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had. You never once called me back when I was ready to buy. Instead I kept getting your CRM auto responders that never helped. I hate to tell you this but the days of expecting everyone to come in to your dealership and site there for hours is over. A lot of consumers don't like that and I am one of them. So then I thought I would go through the GM Shop Click Buy process thinking you would help that way. Well, I should have known better. Not a single response. So instead you chose to ignore me and never help me. I ended up buying from another dealer and I'm glad I did. Your website asks for people to review your dealership so I'll make sure I do that and explain the terrible experience I had.
"My new Colorado"
My experience with Win Chevrolet was a pleasant one. Richard Pineda was most helpful, from the time he called me to the time I drove away in my new Colorado. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and courteous. He, along with Neso Daglian, made this experience one that I would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a new Chevy.
