Michael was a great salesperson. I'm very happy that I was able to purchase my car from him. I do wish the dealership had been willing to provide me with a charging cord for my plug- I'm very happy that I was able to purchase my car from him. I do wish the dealership had been willing to provide me with a charging cord for my plug-in electric car. I was told that I can "just order one online," of course In can buy one online, I could purchase an entire car online to avoid the dealership experience entirely if that's what I wanted to do. Personally I prefer to support local businesses and would have been happy to purchase a charger from the dealership, or have them order one. Instead I have a car sitting in my driveway at 0% battery, waiting a week for a charger to come in the mail. 5/5 stars for Michael Allen, great salesperson and he did everything he could for me. 0/5 stars for the dealership. Edit: I was contacted by the dealership and they did end up working with me to get the vehicle a proper charger. I have changed my review to reflect their much appreciated efforts made to remedy the situation. More
