We drove through your dealership one night on a whim after hours to look at used trucks on your lot. A phone call to the dealer answered by Nikki led us to Rick. She went out of her way to set up a mee after hours to look at used trucks on your lot. A phone call to the dealer answered by Nikki led us to Rick. She went out of her way to set up a meeting when she wasn't even going to be working when we came in to see the trucks. Rick greeted us with a warm welcome and had the truck pulled up front ready to go. The cleanliness of the used vehicle was superb. Rick;s knowledge of the features on the truck blew our minds, he walked through each and everyone of the features before he sent us on our way to test drive. He offered refreshments, he kept us informed of what he was doing at all times when he had to excuse himself and step away. He pulled up a second truck for us to drive and again went through the whole comparison between the two trucks. He addressed us by first names, we always felt welcomed. The finance gentlemen, Ryan even came out from his office to speak with us about the price, and financing options. The service department was able to add a new accessory we purchased immediately for us. The person who cleaned and detailed our new truck also did a great job. In the end, Dick Scott employees turned a lifetime Ford customer, who has only owned Ford cars and truck into a first time Ram truck owner. Thank you for a memorable, fun, truck buying experience. We were looking for a new pickup truck so talked to Rick Tavormina as we bought our Durango from him last year. What a great experience. He gave us the out the door price right away, got the trade in appra Tavormina as we bought our Durango from him last year. What a great experience. Went the next day to pick it up and signed the papers with no glitches and no surprises. Rick is great to deal with and we will look him up when we are ready for another vehicle. The sales staff had to search to find the vehicle we wanted for one of our new car purchases, while they had exactly what we wanted on the lot for another purchase.
