A Very Easy Purchase They were recommended by Carpro and this made for an easy experience. Ryan had a Mazda 3 hatchback ready for me to test drive, and it was just what They were recommended by Carpro and this made for an easy experience. Ryan had a Mazda 3 hatchback ready for me to test drive, and it was just what I wanted. My only complaint is that there were not more colors available to choose from. They helped me return my rental car to Hertz without a "one way" penalty. More

Responsive Managment and Pleasant Sales I purchased a new Mazda3 in 2011. I was happy with the sales team and left feeling confident in my choice of dealerships and about the deal I got on m I purchased a new Mazda3 in 2011. I was happy with the sales team and left feeling confident in my choice of dealerships and about the deal I got on my new car. I didn't feel "taken" or covered in salesman grease. Years later, when I ran into a hiccup at the dealership regarding paperwork, the general manager was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and rectified the situation promptly and pleasantly. I once again left smiling. With excellent sales staff and responsive leadership, I would feel confident purchasing from this dealership a second time. More

They explained everything and worked very quickly to get me approved for the vehicle I wanted with no games or gimmicks. They are honest, attentive, professional, and work very well together. They even listened to the frustrations I had with other dealerships and quickly dissolved all the stress I was feeling. The entire process took significantly less time than I have ever experienced. Purchased my second vehicle from Classic Mazda and I was told that I had satellite in my vehicle and that all I had to do was call the 800 number to get it turned on. I didn't have the money to do it at th told that I had satellite in my vehicle and that all I had to do was call the 800 number to get it turned on. I didn't have the money to do it at the time so I waited two months. I called to have it turned on and to my dismay, I did not have satellite in my vehicle. I recently went to the dealership and talked to Mr. Wick. He was very apologetic and set up a day for me to come in and get satellite installed in my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

From the time we bought our 07 MX5 GT we have been pleased with the total experience Classic Mazda has to offer. We recently came in with a couple of problems we have had for a couple of years, since pleased with the total experience Classic Mazda has to offer. We recently came in with a couple of problems we have had for a couple of years, since we live so far away we had not had an opportunity to come get it taken care of. We came so far to buy the car because we found the best deal by far at Classic. The problems were both addressed and taken care of with compassion and concern; this is rare as other dealerships seem to write off the customer after the sale is made. This has not been our experience with Classic and its employees. We would buy another car there and would certainly advise anyone to do the same. Customer Service is a dying notion in the world today, and I am fearful that young people will never remember it because they have not seen it in their lifespan. It is exciting to know that there are still some businesses that believe in taking care of the people that pay their salaries. It is a joy to come into Classic, to look around or for service. The job is done right and we are treated with dignity and respect. Thanks for helping my family get through our minor issues and making us happy with our car again. More
