Dedicated service on used vehicle purchase I bought a used vehicle from Castle Subaru. It was later found to have some safety deficiencies. I contacted the dealership and they were fully aligne I bought a used vehicle from Castle Subaru. It was later found to have some safety deficiencies. Very good..oil not changed...brake fluid dirty and low I bought my other car from an Indiana dealer before. I was born in Indiana.... I have lived in Illinois since 1970. Illinois sucks.... Ricky is a good guy... talks about himself..that's good... made a connection....just a few things... 1. he said oil was changed, but I see by monitor on vehicle, that oil is only at 75% 2. i mentioned to him that brake fluid was low and not clear... He felt it was fine. I took it to my mechanic and he agreed with me...said you guys should have changed it... low and not clean.. I don't know...I would have AT LEAST filled it up for goodness sakes. 3. There is a leak in the washer fluid.... Where do you put on the front license plate? He did not go through the mechanics of the Intellilink system, but that's probably ok... he's not a GM guy. He may want to learn that stuff...I don't know...I could be wrong... I figured it out. 4. Tires, antifreeze level, general condition, physical appearance..OUTSTANDING!!!! Very happy. I thought price was fair. It really is a beautiful car. Dave... I don't know why I was waiting for him that long... had to have been a couple of hours...What the heck? Unpleasant..gruff.... insulted me on my credit score. I'm in mortgage business.... I went through a tough downturn. I did not need that. More
