"No follow up"
Upon showing up for my appointment with Rilee, I was told that he had already taken off for the day. This was an appointment I had set up with him on the phone. He never called to change it and didn’t notify me that he wouldn’t be there. Moreover, when I got to the dealership I was told that they sold out of the car model I was looking at! Rilee could have easily called me and saved me a a lot of time. It’s the absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a dealership.

Everyone that works at this Honda dealership is friendly and very helpful. they were very supportive and pointed me in the right direction for what car I wanted. Rilee Archer was extremely patient with everything I had to take care of my end but ended up helping with the conclusion on everything. Thank you for all the help and continue to make more sales.

I bought a new 2018 Odyssey from Tammy, Rilee, Chinda and the experience couldn't have been any better. Everything about it was easy, no pressure, and fun. The test drive through the Rilee and Tammy was a great touch.
Best price in town. I would highly recommend buying from these guys. They used a team sort of approach which worked out great, and kept the whole process moving along at a really nice pace.
