Currently residing in Stratford, Rita got into the car business in 1999. She sincerely enjoys working on-line and works hard to promote the great customer satisfaction Premier offers it's on-line customers. Rita brings a lot of "smarts" to the team and she's a lot of fun and really wants to help everyone! Rita takes her pug, Zoe, camping with her at least a couple times a year. Rita and her boyfriend, Jimmie, just adopted their second pug, Ace. Rita also likes to hang out with her family as much as possible. Rita's favorite saying is, "They always can hear you smile when you're on the phone."

Bought New 2015 Impreza Excellent dealership. Great sales and support people. Our deal was fair and honest-although we wish we could have gotten at least the "floor mats" fo Excellent dealership. Did an outstanding job on bringing us out for a test spin, going over the features of the auto. Plus he did an excellent job prepping and showing me the vehicle's basics when we picked it up. Best First New Car Buying Experience Imaginable I've never purchased a new car and Rita and Adam Arsenault made buying my 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek a dream. I knew exactly what car I wanted and that I've never purchased a new car and Rita and Adam Arsenault made buying my 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek a dream. I knew exactly what car I wanted and that it was in their inventory so we did all of the paperwork remotely and it was seamless. Adam sat with me in the car and explained all of the features and even set up my Bluetooth to my phone for me while I was going through the purchase formalities. Rodney was wonderful at explaining all of the warranties and protection plans and was extremely pleasant and friendly. I hope these guys never leave Premier because I will absolutely be back when it's time for my next Subaru. Their level professionalism and the overall experience alone may have even converted my mom to a soon to be Premier Subaru customer as well! More

What a great car Subaru has built and what an excellent environment Premier Subaru provides to the customer. Whatever it takes with every aspect of the purchase of the car you will drive away afterwards knowing you came to the right place and each time you return for service you'll remember too why their company runs like your Subaru; a well driven machine. We thought the 1st WRX was nice, and the 2nd is above twice as nice in part for engineering and in greater parts because of the Salesman Ted, and his Sales Manager Rich, and the excellent service from Jeff the Finance Manager and counselor. The service and the parts departments already known to deliver 1st class. Any questions are answered in detail and appointments scheduled for your convenience. The girl on the internet was who initially described the car we bought and the features included. Even help in the break room is worth mentioning. New Legacy vs. Used Impreza When I first contacted to the Subaru dealer...I had talked myself into a used Subaru. Moving to a new home I realized my little Veloster was never goi When I first contacted to the Subaru dealer...I had talked myself into a used Subaru. Moving to a new home I realized my little Veloster was never going to make it up the driveway in the winter, and also with being emergency personnel I need to get to work no matter what...no snow days for me! My partner has a Subaru, and it's pretty much all she talks about...how awesome it is, how she actually has fun driving in the snow. I knew that AWD was probably the way to go. I contacted the dealership online and had such a quick reply from Rita. I was so impressed with how quickly she responded! She was super pleasant and helped me set up an appointment with Helena to look at a pretty purple used Impreza I saw online. When I went to the dealership, Helena was wicked sweet and got me right outside to the lot to look at the cars. She explained financing and leasing to me, and leasing seemed to be a great option and could also get me into a brand new car...so that's what we did! I was escorted over to the Legacy row. I was skeptical of a light interior...I tend to be a little messy and I do own dogs...but once I got in, it's not what I had thought at all. The fabric appeared super easy to clean and she explained that there was an option to purchase a wear and tear protection plan. We took the Legacy for a spin...and I was in love. How it rode, how comfy it was...the TOUCH SCREEN! (huge bonus for me, I loved the one in my Veloster!). I was very excited! Overall...my experience with these ladies was phenomenal! I had a fabulous experience buying a 2014 Subaru Impreza from Premier Subaru! Because I was injured in the aftermath of a car accident, I was unable to come up to the dealership (which is about an hour awa from Premier Subaru! Because I was injured in the aftermath of a car accident, I was unable to come up to the dealership (which is about an hour away from me) but not only did they each walk me through the process on the phone- painlessly and professionally (thanks to Rita and Jeff Irzyk!), John Dockendorff drove my new car (which I chose to buy sight-unseen) to my house! We sat at the kitchen table and quickly went through all the paperwork, and that was that! This team was super friendly and willing to do whatever it took to get me taken care of. I love my new car even more than I thought I would, and I would definitely recommend Premier Subaru to anyone! More

I got my new forester 2014 at Premier Subaru. From the moment I sent the first e-mail and to the time I drove home in my new card, I enjoyed my purchasing experience. Mark was my sales consultant and his honesty and patience made me buy the car; he took the time to deal with me, my wife and 2-year-old son (not easy). I had two cars in mind, but Marks knowledge and experience helped me to pick the forester. By the time we sit down to talk about the price he gave me a pretty good deal on my trade and two hours later we were driving back home. More
