Great new Lexus I worked with Chris Beto in purchasing my new Lexus ES 350. He was always polite, helpful and encouraging. Chris didn't try to talk me into buying I worked with Chris Beto in purchasing my new Lexus ES 350. He was always polite, helpful and encouraging. Chris didn't try to talk me into buying something that I wouldn't be happy with. He wanted to find a car that I would really like, and he did. I also worked with Matt Jensen in closing the deal, which turned out to be a good one. Steve Anderson also was very helpful in putting on my license plates and IPass. I had a Lexus to trade in so I always have taken my car to Lexus for servicing. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly, helpful and polite. More

Exceptional Service Post-Warranty I recently reached out to Mike Sartino for assistance for my 2007 Lexus IS350 (i purchased from Mike). My IS is 8 years old and out of warranty, and t I recently reached out to Mike Sartino for assistance for my 2007 Lexus IS350 (i purchased from Mike). My IS is 8 years old and out of warranty, and thus, did not anticipate for such a high level of help and care. However, Mike instantly remembered me from nearly a decade ago and carefully guided me towards my options and had me in their service department that very weekend. From there, Rob Noakes helped me order my parts and set me up to pass my emissions test in no time! My experience with Lexus of Rockford is and continues to be an amazing one. The team has a great community vibe and that equates to- efficient, friendly and reliable service! I highly recommend Lexus of Rockford to anyone that is looking for a new Lexus or needs service to their current one! More

Awesome experience! I had my car towed into this dealership and quickly needed to decide whether to do the repairs or make a purchase.
