I bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership on January 29, 2020. On the way home I noticed two chips in the windshield. I immediately notified Wendell, one of the salesmen I worked with that da on January 29, 2020. On the way home I noticed two chips in the windshield. I immediately notified Wendell, one of the salesmen I worked with that day. I was told “Yeah, the vehicle has been inspected. The chips have been filled. They will be fine.” The next morning I walked outside to take my 3 children to school and there was a 3 ft crack across my windshield originating from one of the chips. I called the dealership after they opened to let them know what was going on. When Wendell called me back he told me the manager offered to pay for half the cost to replace my windshield. I immediately got pushback from him when I told him I shouldn’t be responsible for any of the cost because they sold me a vehicle they guaranteed was inspected and the problem had been fixed. He told me I had purchased the vehicle “as is” and there wasn’t anything else that could be done. I asked him to please speak with the manager again about this safety issue. After several hours, the used car manager, Bill, called me back to inform me that the dealership was under no obligation to even offer to pay for half of the cost. He said “That was the gamble you took buying a used vehicle.” I asked him how he would like someone treating his wife this way, and if he would be ok letting his wife drive his children around in a vehicle with a 3 ft crack in the windshield. He became defensive at this honest question, asking “Oh, now you’re going to bring my wife and kid into it?” as if he was looking for a fight. I told him how absolutely absurd it is that I had pointed out the chips, was guaranteed they were filled, and now was dealing with a 3 ft crack. I told him they had very obviously not been filled and he gets smart with me - “Are you some kind of windshield expert now?” 😳 Seriously?? I called him and the dealership out on many points and he had the nerve to say “We are trying to work with you, but you’re just being mean to me.” Let me be clear - I am standing up for myself as a single woman who walked into a dealership and spent HARD EARNED money with them just to be dismissed by a bunch of shady car salesmen who enjoy taking advantage of patrons who trust too much. Way to perpetuate the stereotype of the shady car salesman, guys. Infinity should be so proud to have you represent their name. More

This is how buying a car should be. As we all know, the process of buying a vehicle can often be riddled with stress, intimidation, uncertainty, and confusion. I expected to be met with As we all know, the process of buying a vehicle can often be riddled with stress, intimidation, uncertainty, and confusion. I expected to be met with the typical things we all associate with used vehicle sales like slick sales pitches, unscrupulous negotiation tactics, and unrelenting pressure to make a deal. At this dealership, I could not have been more wrong. My salesman, Sterian Franc, was absolutely fantastic. Even on a busy Saturday morning, Sterian made me feel welcome and relaxed. He understood what I was looking for in a vehicle, and navigated me toward the vehicle that was perfect for my needs. He walked me through all of the vehicle's features and explained how each worked during our test drive. He never once pressured me to make a decision and took his time to make sure I fully understood the trade/purchase process its entirety. Working with Sterian was like hanging out with an old friend, and there was no doubt in my mind that he had my best interest at heart. Sean Kashani is another gentleman who made a positive impression on me. Our main point of discussion concerned the CPO warranty and other programs available to me. He didn't just throw a warranty booklet at me and tell me to read it over while he went to go get a cup of coffee. He did the complete opposite. He explained what was covered under the current warranty and compared that coverage to other warranty options with a focus on commonly overlooked components that were more prone to issues and expensive repair costs. I explained that my goal was to find a car that would last for several years, so he and I worked together to find the most practical and cost effective means of achieving that goal. I left his office with total confidence that my vehicle would be protected for years to come. Last, but certainly not least, was Rob Pruett. The first time I spoke with Rob was about my trade. Honestly, I think he knew more about my vehicle than I did. I expected him to be knowledgeable, but frankly, I was just impressed with how much he knew. When we moved on to the point where we could discuss numbers, he backed up his offer with research that he both presented and explained to me. The best part was that his data lined up perfectly with my own research. The man knows his cars and he certainly knows the market. Later on, Rob met up with me again to check on things. I took the opportunity to bounce a few more questions I had off of him, and he answered every single one. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the above three individuals. They were professional, down to earth, knowledgeable (but certainly not arrogant), and most of all, they were fair. I walked into the dealership initially feeling nervous and apprehensive, but I left feeling well taken care of and confident that I had made the best decision for me and my family. These three gentlemen are the right men for the job, and if anyone reading this has the opportunity to work with these guys, you'd be selling yourself short if you didn't at least give them a call. You will not be disappointed. More
