We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the service for your 2014 Ram 1500. Your detailed account is concerning, and we want to assure you that we take customer feedback seriously. We have investigated the matter, and it appears there might have been some miscommunication during the diagnostic process. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused. In response to your concerns about the inaccurate diagnostic and unnecessary repairs, we have looked into the situation. Our service advisor, Green, has rectified the situation by refunding your diagnostic fees. We acknowledge that the communication regarding your concerns could have been handled better, and we're actively working to improve our processes to prevent such instances in the future. Regarding the missing fuse and the issue with the Active Grille Shutter, our he had applied direct power to the Active grille shudder and it was not working properly and needed replacement, which may have caused confusion during the diagnostic. When applying direct power to the shudder the fuse is bypassed so it doesn’t matter if it is there or not. We appreciate your clarification on this matter. While we cannot definitively confirm whether the diagnostic was improper, we do recognize that proper communication is crucial, and we apologize for any oversight. We want to assure you that your feedback is invaluable, and we are committed to addressing and improving our services based on your experience. If you have any further concerns or if there's anything else we can do to make things right, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
