Jessica and Danielle answered all of my questions and found the vehicle that was right for me. Lorenzo and Pete made the signing process stress free. The detail team did a very lovely job with the exterior and interior of my car. I felt I made the right decision by choosing National for this experience. Complete Dissatisfaction We had an appointment for a Dodge Ram 1500 2014 owned by a young driver that was a terrible experience. We had a check engine light with codes P0456 Evap System Small Leak, U11E Dodge Ram 1500 2014 owned by a young driver that was a terrible experience. We had a check engine light with codes P0456 Evap System Small Leak, U11E9 Grill Shutter Assembly. We requested a proper diagnostic to be run in addition to a required recall to be performed. We were provided with inaccurate diagnostic with an attempt to charge over $1,400 for unnecessary repairs as National Dodge attempted to have the entire grill shutter assembly replaced which had nothing wrong with it, as well run a service bulletin 18-021-17 (computer flash) that was not needed instead of conducting a proper diagnostic. When a part is not working properly a proper diagnostic involves ensuring the component has power entering the component that the component is bad using a multimeter, and not overcharging the customer for a part that will not fix anything. Upon arriving home we were looking to verify what National Dodge told us was in fact correct and it was not and they were 100% wrong and had not properly ran a diagnostics by checking power in the system that was missing a fuse a would take 30 seconds once the component had the fuse and proper power all components operated as designed and all codes were fixed. Upon a long road test all codes were gone and have not returned. We attempted to speak with the service manager multiple times over 4 days and was told on multiple days that we would receive a call back which never happened providing a disregard to a completely dissatisfied consumer. Throughout the day of the appointment the service adviser (Green) was so overwhelmed that we had a hard time getting a hold of him but he was doing his best. The service advisor Green did rectify this situation however this should never be the case when paying for an accurate diagnostics especially when alot of the community relies on this service and are spending their hard earned money.
