Pleasant and informative When I walked into Ganley Subaru a week and a half ago I was greeted by Robert. I knew the car I wanted and knew it was on the lot due to my checking the internet earlier. Robert graciously brought the car to the front of the dealership so I could take a test drive. After a great test drive we worked out a fair price for a lease. Robert then went over all the systems on the car. He has a great knowledge of the Starlink system and I realized that there wasn't enough time in the day to go over all of it. I enjoy reading the manuals, so this was no problem. He also went over the vehicle warranty and asked if had any questions. He told me to call him on his cell phone if I did have any future questions and I took him up on that later. To summarize, I had an excellent experience at Ganley Subaru and am very happy with my new Impreza Sport. More

He even helped me organize a pickup for my rental car right from the dealership! As his customer, I felt valued and kept in the loop during each part of the buying process. I also had the pleasure of working with Aramis in the finance department, and am grateful for the time he took to explain the specifics to me. He was also super friendly and helpful. Both of these gentlemen are just stellar at what they do. This team really puts care into their client relationships, and I'd recommend Ganley Subaru East to anyone! More

She was informative, and was able to work out a better price on my 2018 WRX after we spoke. This all happened very quickly and efficiently, I could tell they were willing to work to earn my business! When I went to the dealership I worked with Robert Swyt, who did an amazing job of walking me through all of the technology and safety features while finance was worked out and the vehicle was detailed. He also did a nice hands-on demonstration once I took possession of the car, so I was road-ready and comfortable with my new ride immediately! More

Super friendly, and a great price! I started interacting with Emily, who works with online leads, and she was really friendly and answered some kind of silly questions. (This was my fir I started interacting with Emily, who works with online leads, and she was really friendly and answered some kind of silly questions. (This was my first time buying a car.) Both she and Robert, who I worked with when I came in, were wonderful, and I never once felt like they were trying to trick me into something or pressure me into something I didn't want. Robert even found me a sandwich when the paperwork took longer than I expected it to and I was getting really hungry! They were wonderful about explaining the things I had questions on without some of the condescension some of my friends have had when buying their first new cars. It was a drive - I live a couple of hours away - but well worth the time I spent driving! More
