I will not go back and will not refer anyone to this dealership. More

Going through True Car with Consumer Reports they lead me to First Hyundia. After test driving my new Santa Fa Sport the rest was extremely easy. Price had been set with True Car only had to work out what extras I wanted and my trade in and I was driving my new Santa Fa home for the 4th of July fireworks. More

Love the Santa Fe..! Second car I have gotten from First Hyundai, the first was an Elantra that I traded in with over 100K miles and had no major problems, needed a bigger Second car I have gotten from First Hyundai, the first was an Elantra that I traded in with over 100K miles and had no major problems, needed a bigger car so we looked at the 2017 Santa Fe Sport and it was perfect, they even added a sunroof for me.. Best salesman Chris Antone Barbara and I couldn't be more satisfied with the staff at First Hyundai. From the point I was first interested in the 2016 Elantra I bought as a walk Barbara and I couldn't be more satisfied with the staff at First Hyundai. From the point I was first interested in the 2016 Elantra I bought as a walk-in with the Elantra’s information and my mind set on that vehicle. Chris Antone I’d give him all 10’s he greeted me at the door he was very helpful and at no time did I feel pressured by any of the staff. We sealed the deal in less than 2 hours including test drive with no haggling on price or finance. We came back that Saturday to pick up car and everything was ready Rod in financing had even gotten a better percentage then was quoted along with the best warranty in the business it was a win for my family and I. I would recommend First Auto group to anyone without hesitation. I was done and had my New Elantra to drive home in less than 2 hours. The short time frame we had at dealership was important because we had to young children with us 2 and 5 and the staff was fantastic and understanding with the chaos that small children can bring into picture. Again I would send any of my friends to do business Chris is the best salesman I have dealt with in a long time and that is coming from a former Hyundai salesman from way back in 1992. Worst RUDEST INCOMPETENT dealers - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! THIS IS THE RUDEST, MOST INCOMPETENT LYING DEALERSHIP EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE LAZY AND DO NOT PERFORM THEIR JOBS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS THE RUDEST, MOST INCOMPETENT LYING DEALERSHIP EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE LAZY AND DO NOT PERFORM THEIR JOBS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT LIES AND IS RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. THE MANAGERS FULLY SUPPORT THIS ATTITUDE. THEY ARE ALL SWEET AS HONEY UNTIL YOU BUY, THEN MAKE YOU WAIT EXTENDED TIMES, CALL YOUR PHONE WITHOUT ANNOUNCING THEMSELVES OR BEING THE SLIGHTEST POLITE. INSTEAD OF PROVIDING YOUR CAR THE SAME DAY THEY WILL SAY IT WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS (NO MATTER HOW LOING IT HAS ALREADY BEEN). THEY DO NOT FINISH OR GO OVER THE CHECKLIST OF ITEMS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDED IN YOUR CAR --> MINE WAS MISSING THE FIRST AID KIT. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE BECAUSE THEY ILLEGALLY KEPT MY WINDOW STICKER. I WOULD NAD WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. THEY MADE MY LIFE MISERABLE, STRESSFUL, AND OVERLY EXPENSIVE. I HAD TO PAY FOR GAS FOR A WASTED TRIP 30 MILES EACH WAY - 60 MILES IN TOTAL (AND EXTRA $12 IN GAS), PLUS $ TO HER SCHOOL FOR KEEPING HER LATE(R) IN THE DAY. IF I COULD, I WOULD RETURN THE VEHICLE AND BUY IT ELSEWHERE JUST TO AVOID THE WORKERS. THEY ONLY SHOWED ME SOME MANNERS AND RESPECT AFTER MY HUSBAND CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY. I DOUBT IT WILL LAST. AFTER MY PURCHASE THEY WERE ONLY POLITE TO MY HUSBAND, NOT ME! I ONLY HOPE IS THAT THEY REMEMBER TO BE POLITE AND I DON'T HAVE TO HAVE MY HUSBAND CALL THEM AGAIN OR COME AND REMIND THEM ABOUT THEIR DUTY TO CUSTOMERS AND BASIC POLITENESS. I AM NOT SURPRISED THAT THEY HAVE NOT CALLED TO CHECK ON MY SATISFACTIONS LEVEL. More
