From the initial inquiry about the car to purchasing the car he was fully responsive and available to assist us. His entire team did everything possible to ensure we were happy with the purchase, not to mention they never once pressured us to purchase the vehicle like other dealerships. Even after purchasing the car he was willing to help us with any issues we encountered. He spent countless time on ensuring we were comfortable driving the vehicle and answering our questions about how to operate the vehicle after we purchased it. No one with our past vehicle purchases has ever spent that much time going through the features of the vehicle as Chris did. He knows every detail you need to know about the car. He even offered for us to come back if we had any other questions about the vehicle. Everyone on Chris's team were great to work with including his Internet Sales Director, Justin Pedraza, the Sales Manager, Rodney Altes and the GM, Kyle Thompson. I dropped my car off to get my clutch replaced and I was told that it would take about a week. I know having delt with stick shift vehicles for over 20yrs that it doesn't take this long. But since this was my new vehicle just under 3yrs old I wanted it to be seen by the dealer. Worst choice I ever made, my car was dropped off on Thurs. I Was told the parts should be there around Sat. I called for an update on that following Monday was told parts were there, and they would start working on it the following day. I called again on Wednesday was giving the run around all that day because the guy handling my vehicle was off. Never got my call back, then when I called 1st thing the next day spoke with the guy handling my vehicle and he apologized he is very nice and professional but then he proceeded to tell me my parts arrived on tue or Wednesday...I was shocked needless to say, due to the fact that i was told differently days before. It's been a week and I have yet to have my car back, for a clutch repair. I believe this to be unacceptable, this place should do better. I believe for the price I'm paying there should be better service and better communication and the handling of my vehicle and me, in my opinion. More

Purchasing my 2019 accord sport I would highly recommend going to Stockton Honda and talking to Chris F. He helped me every bit of the way. I wasn't able to get the car for about a w I would highly recommend going to Stockton Honda and talking to Chris F. He helped me every bit of the way. I wasn't able to get the car for about a week and a half and we kept in contact until I could come down and get it. He was very patient and was able to get me everything we talked about over the phone. It was the smoothest process possible. He didn't try and pressure me into purchasing something I didn't want or trying to pressure me into any extras. I told him exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be in payments and he honored that. I would definitely recommend family, friends and anyone that is looking to get a car to go to him. Don't forget to ask about the Costco program if your a Costco member. More
