Jason Johnson aka "JJ" was the BEST salesman I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond without any hassle. Told him I was a buyer from Kansas, serious about a used car they had advertised there at worked with. He went above and beyond without any hassle. Told him I was a buyer from Kansas, serious about a used car they had advertised there at Bell Honda. JJ put a sold sign in the car and the keys in his desk. I made my flight arrangements to Phoenix and he picked me up curbside (AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE) . Made it to Bell Honda by 11:30 and rang the SOLD BELL by 2:30. Car was as expected with the carfax report provided. Did all the paperwork work with JJ-sales, Rodrigo-desk manager, Josh-finance, and Jake-finance manager. They also did a GREAT JOB paying attention to detail with me being an out of State buyer. The next morning I made the 17hr 45min. trip back to Kansas, nonstop (car performed as expected). Hands down would do business again with this dealer and the TEAM. JJ say Hi to Rebecca for me. VERY Satisfied Customer from Kansas!!! More

Great experience I have spent most of my career working in sales and finance and have recently changed careers, so needless to say I was eager and prepared for anythin I have spent most of my career working in sales and finance and have recently changed careers, so needless to say I was eager and prepared for anything and everything they might try lol however I was pleasantly surprised that the whole time everyone at Bell Honda was amazing! My wife and I wanted a specific used vehicle that only Bell Honda had and that’s why I had to forgo my previous dealership group and do business with Bell which at first I was a little hesitant to do. After the sale there was a service issue that was quickly and I mean quickly resolved! I live close to an hour away and Brandon the GM of the store along with Adrian our salesman didn’t hesitate to have the vehicle towed and brought back to me without once asking me to re arrange my schedule. Very positive experience and I would suggest anyone looking for a new or used car to ask for Adrian! More

Disrespectful, disgusting human beings If I could give 0 stars that’s what it should be, where do I start? I was held hostage for 4 hours there while 5 different sales people tried to talk If I could give 0 stars that’s what it should be, where do I start? I was held hostage for 4 hours there while 5 different sales people tried to talk me into paying a longer loan, not giving me anything for my trade in, hidden fees, I finally was so angry I told the last person either give me my keys and I’m leaving or I’ll sit here in cry out of frustration. So finally he said why yes, we can agree to the terms you originally said you could do. Then, I signed everything after exhaustion and fear I would have to go through this experience again somewhere else and the car I “purchased” was not ready for sale! They set me up with a rental at Enterprise, which were the only professional people I dealt with, and said they would call me the next day when the car was ready. They did not call me the next day, or the day after, I called them and they did not have any information on when the car would be ready and would call me back in the hour. They called me back 2 hours later and said the car would be ready the following day and would call me. 3pm the following day, no call was received so I called and asked for an update and they did not have an update and did not seem like I was a priority at all, Rodrigo said he would call me back with an update. I decided since I never received the car it was in my best interest to just cancel the sale and go elsewhere. I spoke with a manager while I was there returning the rental and he was aware I had a longer than normal sales experience and could not answe as to why I was an “exception “ to this experience in wait time and not having received any sort of communication from anyone on their team. He said he could no longer listen to my complaints because nothing was going to make me happy. Maybe if they called me once over the 3 days to update me or tried to make the sale right in the beginning I would have been a happy customer. No thanks, Angel, Shane, Rodrigo, Brandon and any of you who stood by and allowed me to be treated with such disrespect. More
