I have been with Jim Marsh Kia since May of 2012. There is no better place to do what I do!. I'm the Jim Marsh Fleet Manager, certified product / lease specialist for all of our models, but I'm specially trained in The Kia Telluride and Stinger models, as well as our EV line. I have several Kia's in my family including my own Stinger which I bought in December of 2017. I'm very passionate about the brand, having grown up on European Imports. You won't find me or my family in anything but a Kia from this day forward. I look forward very much to helping my clients make the right car buying decision. because buying a car is more than just finding something pretty, it's also finding something that you love to get into every morning on your way to work, or play. In a world of fake salesman, Ron is the real deal. If you come to Jim Marsh, be sure to ask for him. He will shoot you straight, helping every step of the way. I was very disappointed in how their business model was to show you how many discounts and write-off they were willing to provide you so they could claim you are being treated "special". But the MSRP quote to show you how many discounts and write-off they were willing to provide you so they could claim you are being treated "special". But the MSRP quoted was increased by more than all those discounts and when challenged why the MSPR quote is so high, they claim that is what the market is at but on line and talking to Findley Kia, that response is again misleading on Jim Marsh Kia's part. The trade-in offer for my 2018 Kia Nero hybrid was much lower than the other sales manager was offering the previous week when he was trying to have me upgrade with the promise he could likely lower the monthly payments. It became clear this was all part of a business model that is not straight forward and covered with deception and diversions to cover the actual cost they would like you to pay rather than 1) this is our price to purchase the new vehicle 2) this is what we are willing to give for a trade in. Then the question, is that a reasonable offer to you rather than "well we started high because it is our business model and decrease from there trying to make you think we are really slashing our prices just for you, when the truth is, their efforts are not with integrity and lined with smoke and mirrors along the process. When I confronted them with the pricing decrepamcies and then stated that I was leaving, they held onto my car keys for another 20 minutes in order to give a General Sales manager a chance to share more smoke and mirrors rather than explain the real reason for starting with such a high MSRP. They finally gave me my keys after finding an office Manger and requesting I not be held hostage via my car keys. The General Manager still continued on for another 10 minutes until I finally excused myself and departed. A very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience for me that I am sure Jim Marsh himself would have been displeased with his sales staff. They had a sale and lost it. Don Col.Ret. More

I've bought my last two KIA Sorento's at Jim Marsh KIA, my latest 2022 KIA Sorento was bought Nov. 2021 and had a semi sideswipe me after only 6 days! If you ever have any auto body damage (not just a KIA vehicle) go see the KIA Body Shop team and ask for Randy O'Donnell -- he is amazing to work with! Randy took the time to go over every aspect of what will happen in the repair process and he kept me informed every step of the way - even when I was on my ski trip in Alaska! The whole team at KIA, including sales are amazing to work with! More
