If time is your most precious commodity, stay far away! Horrible dealership experience, with customer service and empty promises nowhere near befitting of the MB brand. I initially brought my vehicle i Horrible dealership experience, with customer service and empty promises nowhere near befitting of the MB brand. I initially brought my vehicle in to have the driver door hinges looked at, as they were not opening smoothly. During that visit, my service advisor, Rosie Ruiz, was very pleasant and accommodating, immediately jumping in my car to bring it by the body shop to have it looked at right away. Within minutes she returned to advise that new hinges would need to be ordered under warranty and that she would call me to arrange an appointment, once the parts arrived. At that time, she advised that when they do receive the parts, they would need my vehicle for 3-4 days to complete the work. At that time, I told her I would need a loaner during that period and she said “no problem at all”. 2 weeks later, I received a call from the dealership letting me know the parts had arrived and that I should make an appointment to bring it in. I made an appointment for 5 days later and again advised I would need a service loaner for the period of time they will have my vehicle and was told that it was notated and that there would be no problem at all. On the day and time of my appointment, I drove 45 minutes to the dealership and arrived promptly and was again tended to by Rosie Ruiz immediately. As expected, she was pleasant and helpful and advised we should plan for them to have our car for 4 days and to step over to the loaner pickup desk to receive a loaner. After waiting in line, we were greeted by the advisor at the loaner desk and we told him we would need to pick up a loaner vehicle. With a puzzled look on his face, he looked at us as if we were making a very unusual request and causing him and the dealership quite the inconvenience. After glancing at our paperwork, he then pointed to a group of about 10-12 hanging files and advised all of these people are waiting for loaner cars and he does not know when he would have one for us. I asked if it would be today and he said he didn’t know but could call us. The clear lack of communication, concern for the customers time, and low levels of customer service experienced were quite disappointing. After having confirmed three times that a loaner car would be available and having invested nearly 4 hours, across two appointments, to have this issue resolved, I really wasn’t willing to waste any more of my time waiting around for an undisclosed amount of time on a car. I requested my keys back and went out to my vehicle to leave, only to see that one of the service employees has placed their metal ipad on the hood of my vehicle, without any concern for the care of my property. I selected this dealership for service based upon their reviews and drove out of my way to go here, as a result. In the end, I was left incredibly disappointed and will now need to select a new dealership and invest even more time resolving my issue. As stated in the beginning, I would seriously advise considering a new dealership for sales and service as this one cannot be trusted to respect your time or trusted with your business. More
