Absolutely everyone that my wife and I came into contact with treated us like family. No hassle,fair pricing, fair trade-in(2013 Outback), matched my own internet research.This dealership was recommended to us by friends, and now we understand why. Outstanding folks with smiles and a good sense of humor in all departments.Test drove a new Forester and an Outback, with two different sales consultants ( Russ berry and Laura Chapdelaine). Both were extremely helpful and highly knowledgeable. We were introduced to other folks who worked in the dealership. It shows how important, we the customer are to the company

"A dishonest dealer owner + horrible experience "
In December ‘18 I purchased a ‘18 Outback 3.6 Touring. That experience was a challenge, but Mike made it work thankfully. There was all kinds of headache. Mike was a pleasure. Most recently John S called and left me 2 message about the issue below after I left a bad review. I called him back and dropped the call while chatting. I then called 2x more including a voicemail again today. This dealership LIED when I posted a review on google that was negative. They stated they called me and the whole thing was a “simple confusion”. THAT is a lie and they are again lying. >>Buyer beware!!
Issue: July I reached out 4-5x via email to the sales consultant Russ. All about the glass coat claim process as sap basically ate through the clear coat. I was asking about how to make a claim. I then said I would drive an hour over to the dealership so they can view. Upon arrival he acted bothered, annoyed and was of NO help. He had no idea how to file a claim. Ultimately I had to figure it out myself. Point: they care about the SALE not the SERVICE. All facts.

We drove 65 miles to buy at brattlebro subaru based on the great experience that my son received on his forester purchase 18 mo ago. He was right on as we had a most enjoyable time with Russ and Luke and their honesty,and their hard work to make our purchase possible is appreciated. We hope that their survice dept does as well and look forward to our continued relations.
Due to the professionalism and good prices of this dealership I drove from Watertown New York. I called ahead on the day that I came to let them know that I would be late, but they were completely understanding and the salesman Russ Berrie literally met me at the door. He was great to work with and a welcome relief after all of the terrible salesman I have experience in Upstate New York with all of our Subaru dealerships. Despite me keeping them well past Closing Time, everybody was incredibly cordial and professional. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

We were treated with respect and patience. Test drove 3 models before making decision. Unfortunate to run into snow storm and holiday commitments at time of purchase, we left with the new car an and unknown questions. We went south for the winter. The sales rep contacted us and offering to meet with us when we returned. He did so, coming to our home in MA, spent time with us answering our new concerns and questions to our satisfaction. An A1 job.
