Good experience leasing - 3rd vehicle Igor is a great salesperson - down to earth and never pushy. This is the third lease he has assisted me with. He's a great guy. No hassle I purchased a new Nissan Murano after making an internet inquiry through Cars.com. I chosse Luther Nissan basically because they gave me the lowest p I purchased a new Nissan Murano after making an internet inquiry through Cars.com. I chosse Luther Nissan basically because they gave me the lowest price and had the specific car I wanted in stock. I worked via email with Luke Horn and I felt Luke did a great job making sure I had what I needed to make my decision and then following up to insure the buying experieince went well when he couldn't be there the day I came in to purchase the vehicle. I entered the dealership and was immedialtey greeted and asked if I want wanted water or coffee. The person Luke suggested I work with was busy, so I was set up with Jim Remer. Jim was friendly and explained everything well and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Ryan in Finance was very efficient and didn't try to hard sell me on extra rust proofing and other services. That was much appreciated. I gace quality of work a 4 because there was a surface blemish on by the gas cap that was not fixed when the car was prepped. There was also a small dent in the driver door trim that I will need to bring the car back in to have repair when the part comes in. Also, I only got one key. I overheard another customer with the same issue, so this is something I think the dealership could improve on. Overall this was a hassle free experience. when I am in the market for another Nissa or a Kia, I would dgo to Luther Nissan Kia first. More

Luke Horn is AWESOME! I started looking online for a new car and was soon contacted by Luke Horn. He listened to every detail about my situation and respected what I was as I started looking online for a new car and was soon contacted by Luke Horn. He listened to every detail about my situation and respected what I was asking of him. We set an appointment, and he came in early to accommodate my schedule. Within 3 hours, I was driving away in my new Soul, with financing that was acceptable to my budget. The thing that strikes me the best about the team at Luther was that they listened and did not try to pressure me into something that was out of my budget. I had an interesting situation and they solved my problems with ease. Ryan, in finance, thanks for working so hard, so quickly to get the deal done. More

A Forte morphs into an Optima. A sleek black used Forte was my purchase. After driving the car home I decided this was not the car that was right for me and not the car that would A sleek black used Forte was my purchase. After driving the car home I decided this was not the car that was right for me and not the car that would make me happy. I called the sales person, John Flannery, He just said "no problem, just bring it back, you have the first 5 days or 500 miles to return the car". He helped me look carefully at 4 other cars, test drive two, and analyzed the pluses and minuses of each. John acted in a consultant capacity. I selected a used Optima. While the Optima had a higher sticker price than the Forte, transaction was completed at the difference in sticker prices. I expected some kind of return fee or restocking fee or in some way the dealership would take advantage of my desire for a different car. That never happened. John and a credit guy Ryan, who did all the paperwork, were competent in their work, and i left with the right car with a very good warranty at a fair price. More

Wonderful Service I had leased a Kia Soul from Luther Nissan Kia in 2013 and was very pleased with the service. I decided to go with another lease and Sue, my sales rep I had leased a Kia Soul from Luther Nissan Kia in 2013 and was very pleased with the service. I decided to go with another lease and Sue, my sales rep, and Ryan, the finance agent, bent over backwards to make it happen. Both of them stayed well after close to finish everything up so that I could drive my new car home that night. More
