!! MY WIFE HAS TAKE HER CHALLENGER FOR A FILTER HOUSING REPLACEMENT NOV 7TH, 23... THEN TO HAVE A RADIATOR REPLACED JAN 31ST, 24. THIS HAS BEEN THE ON
!! MY WIFE HAS TAKE HER CHALLENGER FOR A FILTER HOUSING REPLACEMENT NOV 7TH, 23... THEN TO HAVE A RADIATOR REPLACED JAN 31ST, 24. THIS HAS BEEN THE ONLY TWO REPLACEMENTS THAT WERE EVER DONE ON HER CAR AT THIS LOCATION, THEY HAVE DESTROYED THE UNDER CARRIAGE, CRACKED FACTORY SEALS, BROKEN HER UNDER GLOW LIGHTS, MISPLACED HER HOOD THAT IS NOW MISSING BOLTS AND GAPS BETWEEN FENDERS AND THE FRONT BUMPER. WHEN INSPECTING HER CAR AT PICK UP SHE WAS INFORMED BY DARELL THAT THE PASSENGER GLOW LIGHT "WASN'T WORKING", THE FOLLOWING DAY WHEN SHE SPOKE TO THE TECH HE THEN CHANGED HIS WORDS AND SAID, "I TOLD YOU IT WAS BROKEN" WHICH WAS A FLAT OUT LIE. THEY CLAIM IT WAS BROKEN WHEN IT ARRIVED AND I HAD SHOWN PROOF THAT THEY WERE INFACT WORKING PRIOR TO THE REPAIRS!!! NOW, LESS THAN 3 WEEKS SINCE SHE GOT HER CAR BACK THE ANTIFREEZE IS LEAKING ALL OVER THE MOTOR COVER!! THEY BROKE HER THERMOSTAT HOUSING, THAT SHE JUST REPLACED, BY STRIPPING THE SCREW THAT RELIEVES THE PRESSURE IN ORDER TO REPLACE THE RADIATOR, IT IS NOW CAUSING THE MASSIVE LEAK EVERYWHERE!! IT WAS OVER TIGHTENED AND CRACKED AND NOW COSTED ME AN ADDITIONAL $220 ON TOP OF THE $100 DEDUCTABLE THAT WAS PAID FOR ON THE FIRST REPLACEMENT!! NOW I HAVE TO TAKE IT IN TO HAVE THE OIL FILTER COOLER ASSEMBLY THAT THEY DAMAGED ANOTHER $925!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY OUTRAGOUS AT HOW NEGLECTFUL ON THIER PART!! NOT TO MENTION THE DISRESPECTFUL WAY THE TECH CARLOS HAD SPOKEN TO HER, PROVOKING AND TAUNTING HER TO CALL LOCAL PD AS WELL AS THREATENED TO HAVE BOTH HER CHALLENGER AND MY CHARGER "BLACK LISTED" FROM ANY SERIVCE OF ANY DODGE DEALERSHIP!! TIL THIS DAY THEY ARE DENYING ALL RESPONSIBLITY FOR THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED JUST TO TRY AND SAVE THIER BACKSIDES!!! THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO BBB AND A FEW OTHER LOCATIONS!! THIS WILL NOT CONTINUE TO BE IGNORED!! WE REFUSE TO BE VICTIMIZED BY THIS DEALER AND ARE TAKING ANY AND ALL ACTION POSSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS, AND A LOT OF WRONGS ARE CORRECTED!!! Regarding the concerns about damage to the undercarriage, it's important to note that our equipment and procedures are designed to minimize the risk of such damage. However, we acknowledge that pinch weld damage can occur under certain circumstances, and we take your concerns seriously. We documented the issues with your vehicle, including the non-functioning lights, and communicated them to you transparently. It's honestly baffling how the main focus you seem to be on, are the dings in the fender. Still avoiding the real issues at hand and continue to deny responsibility of your workers. You claim to "strive to provide excellent service" and "rectify any issues to the best of your ability", both statements that are FALSE!! You claim that the damages done to my undercarriage "can occur under certain circumstances". One of those circumstances being the willful negligence of your technicians that are not paying attention to their jobs. Therefore causing such damages to occur. If my concerns were taken seriously, you would've accepted the responsibility of your shop workers to rectify this matter, instead it was handled in a more disrespectful way. A manner that the Director is blinded by, so much so that he is willing to support your technicians from their wrong doings, for the sake of truth. You "assume" and make judgement on someone based on matters of opinions!! When the facts are, in front of witness', that your technician did in fact threaten to "Black List" our vehicles from Any Dodge in the state. You were NOT present for the conversation, therefore your thoughts and opinions are not relavant! I'm going off FACTS! That very technician that also provoked and taunted me REPEATEDLY in front of your service manager and my husband on me calling local PD. So much, that it was upsetting my husband and he was dragged walk away from the technician by your service manager to avoid anything other issues. The communication was lost between the service manager Darell and myself. First claiming "they were not working", to "I told you they were broken", when I caught him in his lies about the lights, he walked away without another word knowing what he said was a LIE. My lights were never damaged nor broken before entering that shop, especially when conducting a 360 visual before the keys were handed over to your service manager. That light was broken due to the lift not being properly placed. Common mistake? Perhaps, however to deny that one of them caused the damages is sickening. My photos clearly show that light being broken by the misplacement of the lift from your shop. The ONLY shop that has ever placed my vehicle on a lift since I moved out here recently. I love how you choose to continue to avoid the BIGGER problems here. Funny how you claim to want to make things right!!! You all have been denying the damages to my car for weeks and it will not go un-noticed.
I took it in for an oil filter housing replacement in Nov, then a thermostat replacement. The last repair by your shop was the radiator replacement. To which you REMOVED my hood and placed it back on incorrectly, for I am missing parts and it is now off set.
I have massive undercarriage damage from misplacement of the lift that was caused by your technicians and you want to stand by their word rather than FACTS.
Upon getting my car back in Feb, less than a month later I am having a massive anti-freeze leak again!! Took it to another shop for repairs, and once again putting out more money that I shouldn't be had your technicians did thier job properly, the screw to the thermostat was stripped causing the leak to spread all over the motor cover, only to find out now that the same oil filter housing is also damaged, that I just replaced in Nov!!!! Or was it even replaced??? It's just crazy how much damage you cause just to do a simple replacement / repair!!
You are not addressing my concerns, you are going back and forth with me, trying to shift blame from yourselves. If you truly cared about your customers you would be doing whatever it takes to handle and address thier issues. Its clear you have had problems in service for years and it doesn't seem to be improving with time.
YOU WANT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT?!?! HOLD YOUR PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIER MISTAKES AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM!!! HOW? REPLACEMENT. YOU HAVE DEVALUED MY CAR IN ITS ENTIRTY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES DONE, TAKE ACTION AND ACCEPT IT, CORRECT THE PROBLEMS!!! I WILL NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS INCIDENT AND ALLOW THIS MATTER TO GO UNHEARD OR RESOLVED!!!
