We had a 9 am appointment to look at a truck and it took the dealership 4 hours to find said truck. The truck was as described and we are happy with our purchase, Ryan did a great job going above and be the dealership 4 hours to find said truck. Ryan and Brian both did a great job! We didn’t end up closing the deal with Brian the first day due to my son wanting to go look at a couple other Jeeps before deciding. Brian did give m We didn’t end up closing the deal with Brian the first day due to my son wanting to go look at a couple other Jeeps before deciding. Brian did give me his cell prior to leaving so I could contact him letting him know either way. Once we decided we was going with the Jeep from Jerry Ulm I contacted Brian and he got me in contact with Ryan to close the deal as It was Brian’s scheduled day off and to ensure the Jeep didn’t sell by waiting an additional day for Brian to be back at work. Team player!! Ryan did an excellent job doing the closing deal took the time to go over and answer all questions my son had about the Jeep before leaving the lot. Will recommend both salesmen and the dealership. More
