Service with a SMILE, always! As always, my service visit was excellent. I had even promised that if they could fix my car (this past fall) I would be purchasing my next car there. As always, my service visit was excellent. I had even promised that if they could fix my car (this past fall) I would be purchasing my next car there. No doubt, I kept my promise & went in to buy a car for my parents. I didn't even go anywhere else because the staff & facility is so welcoming. I don't expect to need a new car (since I own a Toyota) but I will be buying my next HERE! I always recommend checking Anderson Toyota! More

They are extremely knowledgeable, fair, caring, and helpful. They are also very fast with their service and clear in communication about problems with the car and costs. Ryan, in particular, is an extremely valuable employee. He always ensures that everything is done to take care of the customer. Once the shop forgot to repair one aspect of our vehicle. Ryan dealt with that situational appropriately and he even helped to get us a discount on the repair when we returned due to the mistake. Due to this attentiveness in customer service and excellence in Toyota work, I always recommend Anderson Toyota to all of the Toyota owners I know! More

Poor car tepair I brought my car in for a transmission and coolant flush. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed that transmission shifting in an unusual manner, altho I brought my car in for a transmission and coolant flush. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed that transmission shifting in an unusual manner, although I am not the regular driver of the car, and did not say anything to my wife about it. The next day, after using the car, she asked me what I had done on the car, and explained. She said that the transmission was shifting differently than before the flush. With that information, I immediately called Anderson and they instructed me to bring it right in. I did that, and took the service advisor for a test ride, and he also noticed a shift issue. The service department then looked at the car, and later informed me that there was coolant in the transmission fluid. I was shocked, to say the least. The service department said that the radiator needed to be replaced, but no real explanation why the coolant got into the transmission fluid apart from a breakdown in the radiator. I was baffled and spoke with the service manager who listened to my concerns, and offered to take something off of the price. My frustration was due to the fact that when the original transmission/coolant flush was completed the car was returned to me as if the job was done correctly and inspected before I drove it away. Obviously it was not. I currently drive a Toyota Sienna with 261,000 miles on it with the original radiator following several transmission flushes with no issues. The Highlander that was serviced had 90,000 miles on it and should not have had the issue. As you can imagine, I feel that there was some service negligence that contributed to the breakdown, and will not return my car to Anderson Toyota for any further service. More

Buying a car My husband and I were in the need of another car. Since I had only owned Toyotas myself for the last 20 years, I was determined he was going to have a My husband and I were in the need of another car. Since I had only owned Toyotas myself for the last 20 years, I was determined he was going to have a Toyota and ONLY a Toyota. We went into the dealership with a tight budget plan of exactly the limit we were going to pay monthly for his new to him car. We had figured he would come out with a nicer used car than his old one was. Little did we know that Al Smith was going to pull all sorts of rabbits out of his hat that day. With Al's hard work and the cooperation of the Anderson management and John Wegner in Finance, my husband drove a brand new 2015 RAV 4 home and thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you everyone for the wonderful help you gave us. I have always enjoyed my experiences at Toyota and was determined my husband was going to do the same. The people in the service department are great when I need to bring my Highlander in for its routine check ups and we enjoy the free coffee, cocoa, and cookies in front of the fire while we wait. Grant has always been great about giving me a ride home if I am planning to leave my vehicle for the day. All told, my entire experience in buying and serving my vehicles from Anderson Toyota is above excellent. Thank you everyone.
