The service department at this dealership is the absolute worst I've ever been to. There was a recall on my engine on a 2017 Tucson they don't care never got a callback from the service manager never got a c worst I've ever been to. He made the process of buying a car seem so easy. His follow up on several items I ordered for the car was 100%! I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. I would strongly suggest you ask for Himmy! Manager, Ryan Fitzsimmons runs a great team and worked magic to find the exact Tucson Hybrid I was looking for. His management skills are why this is one of the best dealerships in Wisconsin! Be sure to ask for Chris Connelly to do the paperwork for your financing. Chris took the time to explain every charge in the documents and made sure I understood it all. I refuse to buy a vehicle from anyone other than Matt Mueller. He is very courteous and honest in his dealings with me. This was my 3rd car in less than 3 years from him. My only issue is each and every Mueller. He is very courteous and honest in his dealings with me. This was my 3rd car in less than 3 years from him. My only issue is each and every time the trade in value was very low. At the end of the day i understand it's a business, but if they want my continued business, they will need to do better next time. i know the vehicle i traded in will bring them double what they gave me. I purchased the car as a certified preowned from them and it is going to be resold as a certified preowned again. I plan to be back in May for my 4th car so we will see. i still highly recommend them. As long as Matt is there it is where I will buy from. More
