Each and every team member from the sales to the finance people were helpful and easy to ge We (my wife and I) had a great experience at Capital Ford. Each and every team member from the sales to the finance people were helpful and easy to get along with. We looked at various vehicles from used to new and never felt pressured in any way to chose one vehicle versus another (or but at all). The salesperson (Ryan) was friendly and knowledgeable. It was good to see someone so excited about the work they do and the products that they sell.The finance team (Cam and Ken) outlined various purchasing options for each vehicle we were considering. In the end we chose a new vehicle and had no unexpected closing costs or up selling. It was so refreshing to deal with such a great team - open, honest and friendly - just what you expect. More

Buying a vehicle should be fun. However, once you start looking, you realize sales people can be pushy and actually rude in some instances. At another dealership (Capital GMC), there was a salesman who ma looking, you realize sales people can be pushy and actually rude in some instances. At another dealership (Capital GMC), there was a salesman who made fun of his co-worker as I was looking for a vehicle. It was one of the most awkward situations I've been put in. Another dealership (Wheaton Chev) had the price marked wrong on a vehicle and never bothered to call me back to say they had made a mistake when I called about the vehicle. I had to look on the website to find out. At this dealership, I never felt any pressure to buy the vehicle. They took time to explain everything to me. Ryan was easy to deal with and ensured that everything was taken care of. Jilles did my financing and he is probably the best person I have ever dealt with when it comes to money (including banks). He explained things very well and made sure I was getting the payments I wanted. I would highly suggest this dealership, not only for their great staff but for their prices as well. More
