I made it clear that I wanted to trade my 2015 Malibu for a similar 2020 model, and Ryan immediately worked toward that goal. Including the test drive, I spent less than two hours locking in a deal on a car that exactly met my chosen criteria. I appreciated Ryan's patience during the new car walk-through process, as I asked plenty of questions about all of the various buttons. After I brought my new automobile home, I called Ryan back when I realized that I had left a few things in one compartment in my old car - he retrieved everything and had the items in question marked and ready for pick-up when I came in the following day - that's great service..
