The Service dept is absolutely the worst. No communication at all. Don't drop your car off for a oil change and tire rotation because even if you have an appointment it may not get done and then communication at all. Don't drop your car off for a oil change and tire rotation because even if you have an appointment it may not get done and then to have them tell you after hours that they wanted to put there best mechanic on it. Well if there is a mechanic that isn't good enough to do a oil change and tire rotation ie brake fluid flush was on my list as well. Then maybe they shouldn't work there. Anyway this is not the 1st time but it seems like all the time so I guess I am to blame. This is the last time. I own my business and to have to lose 2 days of work to have simple procedures done is unacceptable and unprofessional. I wish I can tell a client oh a 1 day job is now going to be 2 at an hourly rate of $179 @ he. Absolutely the worst service dept out there!!! Sal was of no help didn't even call me to tell me he couldn't get the job done as I had to track him down after service dept was closed. Useless More

Mitch has been awesome. The sales process was easy and he was informative. After we purchased the 2018 Jeep there were a couple of issues. Mitch checked in regularly with me trying to arrange service ri he was informative. After we purchased the 2018 Jeep there were a couple of issues. Mitch checked in regularly with me trying to arrange service right way and had the service manager reach out to me. He also made sure the certified used indication was registered quickly to insure warranty coverage. Our the jeep was taken to South Carolina days after we purchased so having the certified used designation was critical. To his credit I heard from Mitch well after the sales process. The attention to making sure everything was perfect makes him a “pro” and I would buy from him again!!! More
